Action for libel. Appeal from order directing plaintiff to produce various specified documents and records in connection with his examination before trial. Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
