Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Notice of Determination Concerning Collection Action and to Strike, filed June 15, 2022, is granted in that so much of this case as purports to relate to collection action for 2019 is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction and deemed stricken.
