An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 10, 2019, And defendant-appellant having moved to stay enforcement of the aforementioned order, which granted plaintiff-respondent's request for interim spousal maintenance, child support and counsel fees,And interim relief having been granted by an order of a Justice of this Court, dated May 17, 2019, staying enforcement of the financial provisions of the order appealed from, pending the determination of the within motion, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, and the interim relief granted by an order of a Justice of this Court, dated May 17, 2019, is hereby vacated.
