MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS, § 224power as to borrowing. The defendant township did not have the power and authority to make a loan from the plaintiff to pay bond interest, and to give a note therefor.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Cook county; Hon. HARRY M. FISHER, presiding.

Judgment reversed and judgment here in favor of defendant and against plaintiff. Heard in second division, first district, this court at October term, 1941.
