Appeal from the Cayuga Trial Term.

Present — Williams, P.J., Bastow, Goldman and Noonan, JJ.


Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. All concur, except Williams, P.J., who dissents and votes to reverse and to grant a new trial because of errors of law in the admission of evidence and errors in the charge.
