This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 27, 2023, in Los Angeles, California.
On February 7, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that a basis of settlement has been reached, and additional time in which to prepare decision documents is needed. Respondent has requested an additional sixty (60) days in which to submit decision documents.
Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 27, 2023, in Los Angeles, California. It is further
ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before April 28, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court decision documents or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
