The petition for review is granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Eight, with directions to vacate its order denying mandate and to issue an order directing respondent court to show cause why the relief sought in the petition should not be granted. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).)

The request for a stay of the trial court's order lifting its injunction against the New York arbitration is granted, subject to further consideration by the Court of Appeal.
