Action for insurance premiums and for a guarantee title policy on real estate owned by defendant. Counterclaim for loss of rent by failure of plaintiff to complete building in time. Judgment for defendant on counterclaim.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. John H. Lyle, Judge, presiding. Heard in the third division of this court for the first district at the April term, 1928.
