ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland Judge

On September 30, 2021, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report which indicated that the parties reached a basis of settlement regarding all of the issues in this case. The parties need additional time to prepare and execute a stipulated decision document, and therefore requested that the Court order the parties to file another status report or a stipulated decision document within the next ninety (90) days.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 3, 2022, the parties shall submit a stipulated decision document or file either separate or joint status reports with the Court as to the then present status of this case.
