PRESENT:

Petitioner having moved for an extension of time to file and serve Judge Cook and the Attorney General's office with the petition and supporting papers, for a new briefing schedule, and to put this CPLR article 78 proceeding over term,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time to serve Judge Cook and the Attorney General's office with the notice of petition and petition, and the notice of petition and petition shall be filed and served on or before March 7, 2019, and

It is further ORDERED that respondent shall file and serve an answer on or before April 8, 2019, and

It is further ORDERED that petitioner's brief shall be filed and served on Judge Cook and the Attorney General's office on or before May 8, 2019, and

It is further ORDERED that respondent's brief shall be filed and served on or before June 7, 2019, and

It is further ORDERED that the proceeding is removed from the Court's day calendar of February 28, 2019, and added to the term of this Court commencing September 4, 2019.
