On October 25, 2024, the Commissioner filed a Motion for Order to Show Cause Why Proposed Facts and Evidence Should Not be Accepted as Established Pursuant to Rule 91(f), which the Court granted on October 29, 2024. Since then, the parties submitted a proposed stipulated decision, thus rendering the Motion moot. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause served October 29, 2024, is vacated. It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion for Order to Show Cause Why Proposed Facts and Evidence Should Not be Accepted as Established Pursuant to Rule 91(f) is denied as moot.
