Opinion

No. 05-10-00812-CR

Opinion issued April 7, 2011. DO NOT PUBLISH. Tex. R. App. P. 47

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F09-53690-H.

Before Justices MORRIS, BRIDGES, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Jose Noe Zelaya pleaded guilty to attempted possession of a controlled substance. Under the plea agreement, the trial court assessed punishment at confinement for sixty days in the county jail. The trial court's certification of appellant's right to appeal, which states the case involves a plea bargain and appellant has no right to appeal, is supported by the documents before the Court. See Tex. R. App. P. 25.2(d); Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614-15 (Tex. Crim. App. 2005). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
