ORDER SUA SPONTE DISMISSING CASE


By Order entered March 24, 2006, the court set a deadline of April 10, 2006 for plaintiff in this social security disability appeal to serve and file either a Declaration showing good cause for the missed deadline to file her initiating motion and a proposed new filing deadline or a Stipulation And Proposed Order, signed by herself and counsel for defendant, that this case be dismissed, without prejudice. The Order admonished that in the event the April 10, 2006 deadline passed without compliance with the Order, the court would sua sponte dismiss this case, without prejudice. As of the date of this Order, plaintiff has not responded.

For the foregoing reasons, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED this case is dismissed in its entirety, without prejudice, for failure to prosecute.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
