Defendant Amazon.com Services, Inc.'s (“Amazon”) Ex Parte Application to Continue the Final Pretrial Conference was received by the Court. The Court, having fully considered all relevant documents, authorities, and evidence, and good cause having been shown:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
1. The Final Pretrial Conference in this matter is continued from June 21, 2021 until August 2, 2021 at 1:30 p.m.
2. Amazon's deadline to file a pretrial statement is continued pursuant to the timing requirements of L.R. 281.
