ORDER

ADAM B. LANDY SPECIAL TRIAL JUDGE.

Upon due consideration of the Commissioner's Motion to Clarify Order, filed March 28, 2024, the Court will amend the Order served February 21, 2024, to specifically state that the Court will order the parties to file with the Court the entire administrative record in existence as it specifically relates to taxable years 2013 and 2017. Again, the parties may refer to Rule 93 for proper filing of the administrative record.

Rule references are to the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.

The foregoing considered, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion to Clarify Order, filed March 28, 2024, is granted, in that it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order, served February 21, 2024, is amended as follows: on or before April 5, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court the entire administrative record for this case, specifically for taxable years 2013 and 2017 which are the taxable years properly before this Court.
