STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Plaintiff SALVADOR ZAVALA ("Plaintiff"), and Defendants PROMETHEUS REAL ESTATE GROUP, INC., and TONY DESHAW (collectively referred to hereinafter as "Defendants"), by and through their respective counsel of record, that the parties have resolved the above-captioned matter in its entirety.
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED between the parties that, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure, Rule 41 (a)(1), the entire action can be dismissed with prejudice, each party to bear his or her own attorneys' fees and costs.
ORDER
Having reviewed the above Stipulation of the parties in the above-captioned action, and good cause appearing therefor,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
The entire action entitled SALVADOR ZAVALA v. PROMETHEUS REAL ESTATE GROUP, INC. and TONY DESHAW, Case No. C04 00722 RMW, is hereby dismissed with prejudice, each party to bear their own costs and fees.
