From the St. Joseph Superior Court No. 2, F. Kenneth Dempsey, Judge.

Judgment in a divorce action was rendered adverse to appellant, Mildred Zarembka. The Appellate Court in an opinion reversed the judgment and appellee, George Zerembka, petitions to transfer to the Supreme Court.

ON DENIAL OF PETITION TO TRANSFER


The petition to transfer to this Court is denied. We do not, however, by our denial of transfer in this case necessarily approve of all of the statements made in the opinion of the Appellate Court reported in 181 N.E.2d 867.
