Action to recover damages for services allegedly performed by the plaintiff, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the court, Hammer, J., sua sponte, rendered judgment nonsuiting the plaintiff for his failure to appear for trial, from which the plaintiff appealed.

This appeal, originally filed in the Supreme Court, was transferred to this court. Public Acts, Spec. Sess., June, 1983, No. 83-29, 2(c).

No error.
