This case is calendared for trial at the November 14, 2016, Tampa, Florida Trial Session of the Court. On September 8, 2016, respondent filed a Motion to Show Cause Why Proposed Facts and Evidence Should Not Be Accepted as Established Pursuant to Rule 91(f). On September 13, 2016, the Court granted respondent's motion and ordered petitioner to file a response to the order to show cause on or before October 13, 2016. On October 7, 2016, petitioner filed a Response to Order Dated September 13, 2016.

After due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that so much of the Court's September 13, 2016, Order to Show Cause that relates to respondent's proposed stipulations 1 through 5 and exhibits 1 -J through 4-J are absolute, and these stipulations are accepted as established. The remainder of the Court's Order to Show Cause is hereby discharged.
