ORDER
¶ 1 Department II of the Court, composed of Chief Justice González and Justices Madsen, Stephens, Yu, and Whitener (Justice Johnson sat for Justice Madsen), considered this matter at its August 31, 2021, Motion Calendar and entered an order continuing the matter to the October 4, 2021, En Banc Conference. After further consideration of this matter, the Department unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.
