ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 13, 2023, in Detroit, Michigan.

On October 12, 2023, petitioners filed with the Court a Motion to Proceed Remotely, and informed the Court that respondent had no objection. On November 8, 2023, the Court was informed by the parties that a settlement had been reached in this case and are awaiting computations.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion to Proceed Remotely, filed with the Court on October 12, 2023, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 13, 2023, in Detroit, Michigan. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 29, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a further status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
