This case was on the Court's May 24, 2021 trial calendar for New York City. It arises from the Zaitsevs' 2015 and 2016 tax years and in it respondent asserted a large deficiency. The parties have settled but petitioners believe they need a closing agreement for some items that may have cosequences for other tax years. Respondent doesn't disagree, so it is

ORDERED that on or before February 23, 2023 the parties submit settlement documents or file a joint status report to describe their progress.
