ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge.

This case was on the Court's May 24, 2021 trial calendar for New York City. It arises from the Zaitsevs' 2015 and 2016 tax years and in it respondent asserts a large deficiency. The parties recently reported that they believe they've settled all issues, but continue to discuss how one issue might affect a later tax year. The case still seems on track to a settlement, so it is

ORDERED that on or before September 16, 2022 the parties submit settlement documents or file a joint status report to describe their progress.
