This case was on the Court's May 24, 2021 trial calendar for New York City. It arises from the Zaitsevs' 2015 and 2016 tax years and in it respondent asserts a large deficiency. The parties recently reported again that they've settled the majority of the issues and believe that the remaining issues will be resolved shortly. They reasonably ask to report again next month. It is

ORDERED that on or before April 18, 2022 the parties submit settlement documents or file a joint status report to describe their progress.
