Alexander Zaitsev & Alla Zaitseva Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge.

This case was on the Court's May 24, 2021 trial calendar for New York City. It arises from the Zaitsevs' 2015 and 2016 tax years and in it respondent asserts a large deficiency. The parties recently reported that they've settled most of the issues and fully expect to settle the rest. They reasonably ask to report again in February if they haven't settled by then, and it is

ORDERED that on or before February 4, 2022 the parties submit settlement documents or file a joint status report to describe their progress.
