ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge.

This case was on the Court's April 9, 2024 trial calendar for Buffalo, New York. Petitioner counsel and respondent counsel both appeared at calendar call. The parties represented to the Court that they have reached a basis for settlement and that they are waiting for an account adjustment. The parties requested thirty days to complete final calculations and prepare a decision document.

It is therefore ORDERED that this case is continued, and this division of the Court retains jurisdiction. It is also

ORDERED that parties shall file a status report or proposed stipulated decision on or before May 9, 2024.
