Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (D'Amaro, J.), dated March 29, 1982, dismissed (see Matter of Aho, 39 N.Y.2d 241, 248). Judgment of the same court, entered April 16, 1982, affirmed. No opinion. Respondent is awarded one bill of costs. Gibbons, J.P., O'Connor, Brown and Boyers, JJ., concur.
