MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letter dated August 3, 2005, we notified appellants that the time had expired for filing their brief. We directed appellants to file, within ten days, their brief, a proper extension motion, and the appropriate filing fee for the motion. We warned appellants that their failure to comply with the Court's notice would result in the appeal being dismissed.

As of this date, appellants have not filed a brief or extension motion nor have they otherwise communicated with this Court regarding this appeal. Under these circumstances, we DISMISS the appeal. See Tex.R.App.P. 38.8(a)(1); 42.3(b),(c).
