By Order served September 11, 2023, this case was stricken for trial from the Court's September 25, 2023, San Francisco, California trial calendar, jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned, and the Court directed the parties to submit to the Court settlement documents on or before November 27, 2023.

On November 27, 2023, respondent filed a status report requesting an additional 45 days to file the proposed stipulated decision and settlement stipulation.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the time within which the parties are to submit to the Court the proposed stipulated decision and settlement stipulation is extended to January 16, 2024.
