MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letter dated March 13, 2008, we notified appellants that the check they used to pay the filing fee for the appeal was returned for insufficient funds. Appellants were directed to pay the filing fee within ten days or the appeal would be dismissed. To date, appellants have not paid the filing fee. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c).
