By Order dated September 6, 2019, the Court consolidated the above referenced cases for trial, briefing, and opinion. On March 29, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Status Report indicating that a settlement agreement had been reached between the parties. In the Joint Status Report, the parties further indicated how they intend to file a stipulated decision in Docket No. 23101-18, and motions to dismiss in Docket Nos. 23295-18 and 245-19. On April 4, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Sever these three consolidated matters.
Upon due consideration and for cause, it is ORDERED that the parties Joint Motion to Sever, filed on April 4, 2024, is granted. It is further
ORDERED that the cases at Docket Nos. 23295-18 and 245-19 are hereby severed from consolidation in this proceeding at Docket No. 23101-18.
