ORDER

DAVID GUSTAFSON JUDGE

These consolidated cases are set for trial at a New York City, New York session beginning March 28, 2022. On December 17, 2021, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance, describing the status of the case and stating that:

10. On or about September 2019, the YP LLC Cases were assigned to an Appeals Officer.
12. The parties are working with the Appeals Officer to schedule the conference as soon as possible. The parties anticipate that the Appeals conference for the YP LLC cases will occur during the first or second quarter of 2022.
16. The parties believe it would conserve the Court's resources if the YP LLC cases were continued in order to allow petitioners the opportunity to obtain Appeals consideration.

The Court appreciates the work described in the joint motion. For the reasons stated in the parties' joint motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties' joint motion for continuance is granted, and this case is continued generally.
