Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Petitioner Eyad Youssef, Deceased, filed August 12, 2024, and supplemented on September 10, 2024, petitioner Janie Youssef having no objection to the granting of that motion because it was not her intention to file the Petition on behalf of the decedent's estate, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Petitioner Eyad Youssef, Deceased, as supplemented, is granted in that so much of this case relating to petitioner Eyad Youssef, Deceased, is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction and deemed stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Janie Youssef, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
