These cases are calendared for trial at the April 29, 2024, Detroit, Michigan, trial session of the Court. Before the Court is petitioners' Motion to Consolidate Docket Nos. 14905-23, 14907-23, 14908-23, 14909-23, filed April 1, 2024, and petitioners' Motions for Continuance at Docket Nos. 14907-23, 14908-23, 24194-22, 14905-23, 14907-23, 14908-23, and 14909-23, all filed March 22, 2024. The Court held a conference call with the parties on April 3, 2024, at which time petitioners clarified that they would like the Court to consolidate all of the above-referenced docket numbers, rather than only consolidating Docket Nos. 14905-23, 14907-23, 14908-23, and 14909-23, as requested in the Motion to Consolidate.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Motion to Consolidate Docket Nos. 14905-23, 14907-23, 14908-23, 14909-23 is granted, in that all of the above-docketed cases are consolidated for trial, briefing, and opinion. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Motions for Continuance are granted, and these cases are stricken for trial from the Detroit, Michigan, trial session scheduled to begin on April 29, 2024, and are continued with jurisdiction retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that on or before May 6, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report as to the current status of these cases. The status report shall include (1) the parties' efforts to settle these cases; (2) the estimated time of trial; and (3) if respondent intends to hire an expert witness for trial.
