On November 2, 2022, a Settlement Stipulation and a Proposed Stipulated Decision was filed in this case at Doc. 8 and 9 respectively. The Settlement Stipulation at Doc. 8 was improperly filed by respondent. On that same day, the parties' properly filed a second Settlement Stipulation at Doc. 10.

The foregoing considered and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Settlement Stipulation, filed November 2, 2022, at Doc. 8 is hereby stricken from the Court's record in this case.
