GARY YOUNGBLOOD & LINDA YOUNGBLOOD, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Emin Toro, Judge

On April 5, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 30). Based on respondent's most recent Status Report, the Court believes that the case should be set for a Status Hearing in which the parties may set forth their views on the status of the case and any proposed further proceedings.

The parties remain free, of course, to submit a signed stipulated decision document, which would make the hearing unnecessary.

In view of the foregoing and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is scheduled for a hearing on the status of the case at the Court's May 8, 2024, Washington, D.C., special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall issue a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced proceeding.

The undersigned will preside at the above-referenced hearing.
