Order
Per Curiam:
Mr. John C. Young, Jr., appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, denying his motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to Rule 29.15. On appeal, Mr. Young challenges the judgment as to claims of ineffectiveness of his trial counsel relating to (1) advising Mr. Young regarding his decision not to testify at trial and (2) failing to object to what Mr. Young deems to be an inconsistent verdict by the jury at his criminal trial. After a careful review of the appellate briefs and record on appeal, we find no error and affirm the judgment in accordance with Rule 84.16(b). We have provided the parties a memorandum of law explaining our ruling.
