ORDER


After making an independent review of the pleadings, files and records in this case, and the Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge on the defendants' Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings, filed with the parties' Joint Submission on January 12, 2001, I am of the opinion that the Findings and Conclusions of the Magistrate Judge are correct and they are adopted as the Findings and Conclusions of the Court.

Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the defendants' Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings, filed with the parties' Joint Submission on January 12, 2001 is GRANTED and plaintiff's amended complaint is DISMISSED without prejudice. It is further ORDERED that plaintiff shall replead her complaint to state a claim under § 3604(a) within thirty days of the date of this order.

SO ORDERED.
