WRIT GRANTED WITH ORDER. The trial court judgment denying defendant-relator's exceptions of no cause of action is reversed, and judgment is entered in favor of Gastroenterology Associates, LLC, sustaining the exceptions of no cause of action and dismissing the plaintiff's claims for retaliation under the Louisiana Whistleblower Statute, LSA-R.S. 23:967. This matter is remanded to the trial court with instructions that an order be issued to plaintiff, Lillian Young, affording her the opportunity to amend the petition to state a cause of action against defendant, if possible, within a delay deemed reasonable by the trial court pursuant to La. Code Civ. P. art. 934.
