The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the July 15,2022 order granting summary disposition is not a final order as defined in MCR 7.202(6)(a)(i). MCR 7.203(A)(1). The order did not dispose of plaintiffs claims against Kanay Ashanti Taylor, and those claims remained pending when the claim of appeal was filed.
