Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on September 22, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Johnnie L. Young, Esq., sworn to September 2, 2016, and September 23, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Kellie Poynton-Gallagher, Esq., sworn to September 8, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered August 1, 2016, is hereby amended by deleting the date September 6, 2016, and inserting in its place the date November 7, 2016.
