ORDER
Before the Court are appellant's April 14, 2017 third pro se motion to extend time to file amended brief and amended brief. The deficiencies noted in our February 16, 2017 and March 7, 2017 orders are not corrected in appellant's tendered brief. Specifically:
• Substantial portions of the brief, including the table of contents, index of authorities, and identity of parties and counsel, appear to have been copied verbatim from a brief in a different case and have no relationship to the contents of appellant's tendered brief. TEX. R. APP. P. 38.1(a-c).
• The Statement of the case does not contain record references. TEX. R. APP. P. 38.1(d).
• The argument does not contain appropriate citations to authorities. TEX. R. APP. P. 38.1(i).
• The argument does not contain appropriate citations to the record. TEX. R. APP. P. 38.1(i).
• It does not contain a short conclusion that clearly states the nature of the relief sought. TEX. R. APP. P. 38.1(j).
• Text of brief is not double spaced. TEX. R. APP. P. 9.4(d).
• It does not contain a proper certificate of compliance. TEX. R. APP. P. 9.5(i)(3).
• It does not contain a proper certificate of service. TEX. R. APP. P. 9.5(e)(2)(3).
• There is no appendix containing the trial court's judgment; the jury charge and verdict, if any, or the trial court's findings of fact and conclusions of law, if any; the text of any rule, regulation, ordinance, statute, constitutional provision, or other law (excluding case law) on which the argument is based; and the text of any contract or other document that is central to the argument. TEX. R. APP. P 38.1(k).
We GRANT appellant's motion to extend the time to file her brief. Appellant's corrected brief shall be filed by May 5, 2017. We expressly caution appellant that failure to file a brief may result in the dismissal of this appeal without further notice. TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(a)(1).
