This case is calendared for trial at the Court's December 6, 2021, New Orleans, Louisiana remote trial session. On July 14, 2021, the Commissioner filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. On November 5, 2021, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Dismiss. For the reasons stated in the joint motion, it is

ORDERED that the Joint Motion to Dismiss filed November 5, 2021, is granted and this case is dismissed. It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion for Summary Judgment filed July 14, 2021, is denied as moot.
