ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On March 12, 2024, petitioners filed a Letter Dated March 11, 2024, stating therein that they have reached a settlement with the IRS in this matter and requesting that a decision be entered in this case consistent with the terms of that settlement.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' above-referenced letter is recharacterized as a Motion for Entry of Decision. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 13, 2024, either the parties shall file a Proposed Stipulated Decision or respondent shall file a response to petitioners' Motion for Entry of Decision.
