ORDER

This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted in person commencing on Monday, January 9, 2023, in Indianapolis, Indiana.

On October 6, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss on Ground of Mootness. On the same day, respondent filed a Motion to Remand. In each of respondent's motions, respondent states that petitioner's views as to the granting of each motion are unknown.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that on or before November 24, 2022, petitioner shall serve on respondent and file with the Court a response to respondents' Motion to Dismiss on Ground of Mootness filed October 6, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that on or before November 24, 2022, petitioner shall serve on respondent and file with the Court a response to respondents' Motion to Remand filed on October 6, 2022.
