ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS


On November 19, 2002, petitioner Joe Pittman Young, Sr. filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis, which the Court has construed as a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, along with a certificate of inmate trust account. After review and consideration of Petitioner's motion and certificate, the Court finds that the motion should be granted.

It is therefore ORDERED that the Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis be, and is hereby, GRANTED.
