On June 12, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision which references a "stipulation of the parties". However, no settlement stipulation has been filed by the parties.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before July 7, 2023, the parties shall file an appropriate settlement stipulation. The Court will hold the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision in abeyance pending the filing of that document.
