This case was originally calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court on April 3, 2023, in Atlanta, Georgia. By Order of the Court dated March 10, 2023, this case was continued and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.
On May 8, 2023, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. The parties informed the Court that this case is still pending in Respondent's Independent Office of Appeals for consideration and potential resolution.
For cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before November 1, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
