Appeal from Superior Court, City and County of San Francisco; Pat R. Parker, Judge.

Action by Augustus York against Gretchen Beck, administratrix of the estate of Sophie Miller, deceased, and another, to recover property in possession of the administratrix, and an action by Gretchen Beck, administratrix of the estate of Sophie Miller, deceased, against Jean Taggart, to recover on a note. From adverse judgments the defendants in first-mentioned action and the plaintiff in the last-mentioned action appeal.

Affirmed.
