Action to foreclose a mortgage on real property. Order denying motion to dismiss the complaint under rule 106 of the Rules of Civil Practice, for insufficiency, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. The answer may be served within ten days from the entry of the order herein. No opinion. Young, Hagarty, Carswell and Davis, JJ., concur; Lazansky, P.J., not voting.
